"Rhino candidate arrested after official gets pied" A Rino candidate was arrested after he pied an official in the face. Louise Pelletier was giving a statement, when a man walked up to her, and pushed a pie in her face. The Rhino candidate's name was Francis Arsenault. MY OPINION-I think that this man, Francis Arsenault should be seriously punished for what he did because, it was very rude. Plus it was in public.
