"What you talkin bout, Iggy?" Michael Ignatieff is being accused of being an American citizen and voting Democrat in the United States. The evidence of this is Ignatieff's statement "I am an American Democrat, I will vote for Kerry in November" in 2004. At that time he was a professor at Harvard University.Ignatieff's spokesman, Michel Liboiron says "Mr. Ignatieff is a Canadian citizen,period. He has never held any citizenship and as such, has never voted in any foreign election. MY OPINION- I think that if this accusation is false, Mr. Ignatieff should speak for himself in a situation like this. It seems like he's trying to avoid getting caught lying or something. This is a very serious accusation, it could possibly kick him out of this election, so I think that Ignatieff himself should face this accusation.
